The latest NHS “Better Health Let’s Do This” campaign is harnessing the positive power of the 2022 Commonwealth Games with hints and tips on how staying active can help improve mental as well as physical health.

“The aim is to motivate and inspire people to try something new, taking advantage of the Commonwealth Games as a potential moment to improve health and wellbeing,” said the organisers.

A range of colourful posters and conversation starter flyers can be downloaded for use in pharmacies. Messages include “You don’t have to be an athlete – a simple brisk walk is enough to help you feel good in body and in mind”.
